The trophy for losing for an hour, does it have to be an hour of consecutive playing.

You can kinda say that. You have to play for 1 hour without winning. I've done it with 2 30 minute gaming sessions once so is it one hour at one shot I don't believe so but it is 1 hour of play without winning a game....
