I played Zuma for weeks on Xbox360 then I actually completed Adventure mode. The next time I logged on it locked up the 360. Now every time I start Zuma it locks up the game console. I have tried many things to get it to work again with no joy.
Deleting the game save, deleting the game and downloading again, and even clearing the cache on my gamer profile for the 360.
Nothing will sort out the problem!!! Anymore suggestions because I was totally addicted to the game and haven't been able to play it for a few months now.

Hi M8nda,
I'm afraid that we ourselves don't know much about the Xbox360 versions of the PopCap games and possible problems with them. From a first guess I'd say it sounds a bit like an update to the 360 might have caused something to go wrong...but I'd have thought more people would have encountered that earlier if that were the case.
The best suggestion I can think of off the top of my head would be to try contacting PopCap customer support - while they might not necessarily know how to help you directly, they may know the people who can...it's a bit of a roundabout route to go at it, but the best option I can think of :(
Actually, after a few minutes tyring to dig out the best contact for you from the PopCap site, the suggestion seemed to be to go via the Xbox support site for problems like this first, which is here (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/contact/)
From the looks of things, you want to try selecting the "Get Xbox 360 Live assistance via e-mail", since the question relates to an Xbox 360 Live Arcade product.
I sorry that I couldn't help you directly, but I hope this helps and that they can help find a solution!
Warmest regards,
Kieren

Thank-you for your suggestions, I will certainly try getting in touch with both xbox and popcap.
There are actually quite a lot of xbox360 people who have encountered this same problem according to the related xbox forum. However clearing out the cache seems to have helped a number of them.
