Chuzzle loses all users?

I'm using ver 1.11 (just upgraded from 1.10 to see if it helped (it didn't)). Strange behavior in that the game constantly loses the known users. When it happens, we have to log in again as a new user, and all the trophies have been forgotten, though we are still listed on the high score table.

Seen this before, anyone?
