Hi Linda,
I'm very sorry that you've had so many problems with your Fish Tycoon registration code! Unfortunately our support team have been a bit short staffed the last week due to illness :( We are also based in the UK, and unfortunately due to the time zone differences, I have a feeling you may have been unlucky and caught us when the office was closed at night :(
Hopefully I will be able to help find a solution to this problem with the minimum of hassle to you! To help me look into this problem, I do have a couple of questions I need to ask.
My first question is the one which should help me sort out a working code very quickly - when you enter your registration code and the game refuses it, the game should display a short 5 digit "fallback code". Could you please email me (kieren@astraware.com (mailto:kieren@astraware.com)) with that code, and I'll update our system and generate a new code for you. We can then check to make sure that works.
This "fallback code" should allow me to generate a working registration code for you, but just in case anything should go wrong, could I also please just double check the make and model PDA you have, and where you downloaded Fish Tycoon from?
These shouldn't make any real difference to whether the code will work or not, but will help the developer and I follow backwards to try and find out why your code wasn't working if the worst should happen!

Thanks for your mail! I just wanted to drop a post here as well to confirm that I've received and replied to it, so you should hopefully have a new code waiting for you :)
If you are still having any problems with the new code, or if for some reason my mail hasn't got to you, just let me know here and I'll try something else!
