Stuck in Syria with taxi

Hello... I'm stuck in Syria. I can't leave with the taxi to Bull's Head. No one has anything else to tell me. I'ved tried to give the taxi driver the chain I got from the bathroom in the bar but nothing, George raises his shoulders and that's it. Please help with some hints or something else.

you need something else from the bathroom if you cant work out what it is you should wipe your hands with this game and try something else ps i would nt throw in the towel yet
