Paid for Bejeweled 2 for my Treo 650 but got the LITE version. Ordered through Sprint downloads on my Treo 650 internet connection. Contacted Handmark and they will not help even though it was ordered through their site. Astraware has no record of the order. Meanwhile it is marked "Purchased" on the My Content Manager in the Sprint account. Re-downloaded it and got the same thing: lite version. No serial number since it was a download. Seems like everyone is passing the buck...and it is my buck!!! Did not want the lite version, wanted and paid for the FULL version!

The problem is that you are Sprint's customer, and they don't pass the details on to anyone else. Of course, neither Handmark (who provide the catalog) nor Astraware (who provide some products for Handmark's catalog) get your details, so we don't get a record of you as a customer.

If I can find a way to tie in so that we can get a better level of support for customers who've purchased via Sprint, that'll make things better.


By the way, the difference between the "lite" and usual version is in the number of backgrounds built in and the music included.
