I keep getting the error message:

Datafile (sword1data.pdb) not found, please install it. I have downloaded Broken Sword several times only to have the same error each time. Please help!

Hi Parallax

If you're downloading from our website, the trial doesn't include the additional data file. When you registered the game you should have received an email which contained the download link to the full pack which does include the additional data file.

I hope this helps. If you no longer have your registration email, please drop our support team an email and they can resend it.
