Stuck in Syria!

Stuck in Syria, found bar, spoken to kebab man - only gives me repetitive reply. Can't get Nejo to take ball - drag it down to him but it just returns. Cat jumps up on shelf but jumps back without breaking anything when father enters and exits. Any ideas anyone?

stand in front of kebab man wait until he moves his arm then put your mag glass where the brush passes wait until he brushes again and right click the brush it might take you a few goes but dont speak to him george then sais about the brush after george mentions the brush go straight to nejo and give him the ball
