hello i´m stuck in syria . thre are no conversations left .I haven´t got any money to pay the taxi .I have the statue and all things that can i get in bathroom.how can i get tbhe taxi??

You need to find a way to make the statue look older. (Hint: you already have what you need) Then you might be able to sell it to someone...

No spain isn't required. I have done it both ways, I'm suspecting your missing a conversation somewhere...

Hello. I am in the same situation as described above by tojo:
I have everything from the bathroom (towel, chain).
I also have the statue, but I can not make it older to sell it and to get the necessary money as you have given as a hint above.
If I try to combine two items from the inventory, and they do not match, George does not shrug as he does with one item only. Could that be the reason not to be successfull
Could be anything wrong with the system? I am using a PALM XT.

you need to combine it with something in your inventory....

I think that the combination feature does not work on my PALM XT. I am able to select and combine 2 inventory items, but if I press the action button, nothing happens, George does not make any action and does not shrug.
Actions with 1 inventory only work fine.
Do you know this problem?

When you are looking at your inventory you can take a item and move it up then scroll throgh your inventory and to combine you bring it back down on the items in your inventory it it doesn't combine it is inserted back in your inventory it it combines with something it becomes something new ;)
