I see from the screenshots on palmsudoku.com that we can apparently make red strikethrough pencil marks to specifically mark a number "not possible" as opposed to simply removing them from the pencilled in list. How the heck do you activate that feature, or is it merely for descriptive purposes?

And if it's not a feature, how 'bout adding it? Doesn't seem like a hard add and it would definitely be useful...

That's actually one of the concepts that we considered early on, but it actually turns out not to be so useful.

If you use pencilmarks, then a mark in a cell means "This is still a potential candidate for this cell", and not having a pencilmark for a value means "not a candidate for this cell". A strikethrough would mean just the same as not having a pencilmark, but it would make the screen more busy & cluttered, which isn't necessarily an advantage!
