Just want to wish England good luck in tomorrow\'s match against Denmark. I\'ll be watching (2:30 a.m. over here)! I predict a big day for Michael Owen.

Not really anything to do with Astraware, but I hope you enjoyed it - I definitely did :) :) ;)

I don\'t really follow the football, but there\'s been quite a number of happy people running around my local town ( Crewe ).
Funny thing is, when Kirk (my wife) told me England was going to be playing Denmark, I said \"3-0\".
OK - who are we playing next, and I\'ll predict the next score, with the accuracy only someone without a clue can manage ;)
( BTW - I\'m massively pleased that we\'ve seen relatively little trouble from hooligans recently - that\'s a great step forward IMHO! )

I said \"3-0\"...to England, I hope ;)
OK - who are we playing next, and I\'ll predict the next score, with the accuracy only someone without a clue can manage ;)Either Brazil or Belgium, TBD on Monday PM, - If you predict an England defeat, (with your current form), I won\'t tell you about the next bug I find until after the game is released ;) ;)

Yes, that really is good :)

OK, here\'s my prediction....
If its Belgium, then it\'ll be a 2-1 win to England.
If its Brazil, then it\'ll be 1-1, but England will win on penalties.

How about a soccer game! I know that would be quite a project, but i love sports games... any idea when you could start or finish it???

I think that it would probably be pretty difficult to make a soccer game for the Palm. Not that I know anything about software design (as an American attorney, I am fairly useless), but the people at Hexacto told me in an e-mail that they weren\'t going to bring the Soccer Addict game over to Palm, because of performance reasons. (Their Tennis Addict is quite good, however)
In any event, I apologize for bringing up the topic in the first place--I know that it doesn\'t have anything to do with Astraware. I just wanted to wish my England friends good luck in a global event.

The Palm doesn\'t have enough power now but with the ARM processor it would have as much as pocket pc and more with the Graphics accelerator chip in the Palm OS ready program.... (Which is already used by all Sony CLIE\'s and sigificantly increases performance!)

What about a soccer magement game for the palm? There were some on old systems like the Comodore C64 or the CPC (OK I was no friend of this games, but many of my friends and some off them now use Palms ...)

If it is possible to make a soccer game with the new graphics accelerator which is like Fifa ( worse graphics of course) then why settle for a management program? Although it\'s not a bad idea for a start... make the management cost less then the real thing

We\'re talking to a guy now who has written several soccer management games. With some luck we\'ll be able to integrate his systems and ours and come up with something good for later this year, perhaps.
I\'d like to do a good *action* sports game too. We\'ll see what becomes possible with that later on - as you may guess I\'ve been planning it for some time...

Ah well, my prediction was a bit wide of the mark!
The England team come home today, it seems.
(By all accounts a good game, though I was still asleep when it finished).
The big question is... Who are the Japanese going to turn their support to now ? ;-)

Yeah - 50% - you got the half time score!!
And then I got all the stick from my German colleagues, especially when they lucked through against the USA :( We could have played the Germans in the final, now we\'ll have to wait until 2006 to beat Germany in Germany (apart from Euro \'04 of course) :D

The big question is... Who are the Japanese going to turn their support to now ? ;-)I don\'t know but probably every Japanese can enjoy the highly level gameplay itself of the every top team.
I heard a lot of Beckham fan existing in Japan. (especially young women):P
