Trouble saving game

I've been playing Broken Sword for the past couple of weeks. The games that I saved on 11/30 and 12/1 show up everytime I open the game after exiting though I have played beyond that point. The last saved point within the game is at the hospital but I have gotten past the chess game while playing so it is quite frustrating to find that my updated games aren't saving.

I tried changing where I kept the game from the card to the RAM but it doesn't make a difference.

I can’t save the current game either.

All I get are the three games I saved days ago.

I launched the game from my SD card and all the saved game slots were then empty.

I started playing the game again and when I got as far as I could I saved the game again.

The next time I played the game the most recent saved games were available. Then when I played from a saved position and saved the game again and then closed the game and then restarted it and tried to load a saved game I was faced with the previous saved positions not the last saved position. Whew!

I think there is a bug in the game. My Treo 650 just won’t save games well.

Any ideas? Anyone?

I think I solved the problem. I would save while on the map. Now, I save when in a screen and it works.
