Game crash?!?!?

Hi,
I've reached a point of no return on my palm zire 72.
I'm in Spain into the Vasconcellos manor.
I'm with the old woman in the sanctury and we placed the chess pieces into the chess drown on the wall.
The game shows me a chess table but I can't do nothing!

Please someone help me!!!

you can't use the stylus in this section try using the 5-way nav or the keys you assigned to up-down and select for this section of the game. I thought the same thing when I first played this section. Enjoy.

Hmmm Try going to options and redo the key mappings you should be able to move three chess peices arround by selecting them and moving them to an open spot.....

I set the movments by button and all works (none the sound on my zire).

Actually i had two crashes in Syria. Do regular backups BEFORE talking with the kid. ;)

What device are you using to play the game and when does it crash talking to the boy. We havent had any crashes here in the office or in our beta test when talking to him so it could be somthing we dont know about.

Hi Paul,

I have a Treo 650 and the first restart was right after i talked with the driver. Then i reached the same point again, i tried to do the same, but that time it was ok. Then when i had to find something to the car i also tried to talk with him, then it crashed again. This time i had a saved game, so i tried again after the soft reset, and it worked well.

Then, it is very fresh, when i prepared the stone statue (i'm trying not to help for other players) it restarted the phone again, but after i did the same actions as before, it worked well again.
I have the keboard light switching application only and i did not received any sms or mms at that time, and i had no appointment too.
In the very early part of the game i tried to increase the brightness, but when i pressed "Done" the phone restarted. But later i did not touch anything.

Are you using wireless sync or versamail. I found that if I turned these off I wouldn't have any of the issues your experiancing....I reported random reboots and was told to check my sms, calls, or anything that happened automatically and I had both these items set with automatic sync...Just a though...

Those suggestions sound reasonable. I'm also using a Treo650 but haven't had any crashes. I do use VersaMail, but I only have it auto-check for email twice a day and it may not have overlapped with my game playing.
