Need help on install; emails unanswered...

I just received a PopCap MultiMedia Card for Mother's Day. When I insert it into my Tungsten C, I get this message:

"This game requires 150K of free memory, but your handheld only has -15674K free.

Please free some more memory (by deleting unwanted applications or data) and restart the game."

Actually, I have 49MB of memory free. How can I make the card recognize that?

I sent this question to the support email address and got a reply from Rosie asking if she could send a file to me to fix it.

I said, YES!

That was Monday. Subsequent emails have only gotten the automated reply, if anything.

Any help?
