Upgrading Zap2016

I have version 1.4 of ZAP that came with the gameface for my handspring visor. To make long story short that machine broke down and I have a new Zire 71 but I get color corruption and the size is onle 1/4 of teh screen. How can I upgarde to a new version, my came on a cd with no registration code

Unfortunatley that can happen with *really* old versions - they were written prior to the advent of hi-res devices, and so don't usually handle it too well :(
