Can someone help me? I purchased two games last Monday, Text Twist and something I can't remember, when it was going through there was an error and I thought it didn't go through but it showed up on my CC. I emailed support, and got a reply back that I had purchased nothing. I emailed back the details from my CC statement but still waiting for a reply. I want to buy some more games before the sale ends but if I'm being charged and getting nothing for it...

Help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. We have received your email with your purchase details on it. However we do need to determine where your order has gone, and we will get your registration code sent to you as soon as possible. The transaction does indeed seem to have been processed, but I will need to have a word with the technical support team to see if they can shed any light onto the situation.

Can you please let me know what the second game you purchased is, and I will be more than happy to send you the relevant registration codes.
