On 2/26 I purchased 2 games for my new pocket pc. I was unable to sync them. I sent you two (2) e-mail messages explaining my problem and requesting your help. I have yet to hear from you.

Hi Ann,

This is very odd, because I received your mail on the 2nd of March (11pm our time), and replied as soon as I saw it the following day :(

Could I ask if you have any sort of spam filtering at all? It is possible that the reply simply "got lost", which can happen for a variety of reasons.

On the problem of not being able to sync them to your Pocket PC, could I please ask for a description of what happens when you try to run the install from your PC? Do you get any error messages at all?

Thanks Kieren for your quick response...I don't know what happened at first, but I finally got the games to sync. I think part of the problem is me trying to get used to a new operating system!
