Is it just me or does anyone else need to "login" two times in order to actually get logged into the board?

I've never had to log into the boards. If you have your cookies turned off then that may explain it. When I enter the boards, they already know who I am.

Ohhh.... I know what you mean, the option on the profile page to log in automatically (Haven't tried it but I will). Actually cookies are enabled on my computer but its odd how I always have to type in my username and pw twice to get in.

Yes of course! I selected the login automatically option. That should do the trick for you. Then, once I was logged in, I simply made a favourite of that site.

I haven't been receiving e-mail notifications of replies lately and my profile is set up to do so. Has anyone else encountered this? Has something on the boards changed?

Normally, I also "automagically" log into the boards, but due to some hard disk cleanup, I was forced to re-login yesterday. Sure enough, I had to do it twice also before it actually worked, as the original poster suggested. So it isn't just a single incident.

No, it really is BlazeBoard being strange. There's an update available which might cure a few things, but since we've customised it for our site I'll need to get my brain in gear before I dare to attempt an upgrade!
It's in your profile whether you log in. The row in the form is:
Store Username & Password in browser memory for 1 year (otherwise you will have to type your username and password once per browser session)
Best'o'luck!
