Hey everybody! I\'m new here and have some questions. First off, where do they keep the beta programs to test (I just signed up as a beta tester). Second, I am having a problem registering Zap!2000. Here\'s my story. I went into staples about a year ago and saw a two pack of palm games-Biplane Ace and Zap!2000. I thought, Wow, this is just what I want. So, I bought it and found out that there was a new version of Zap!2000 out. I install the version I bought, and then the new version, but all I eneded up with is the demo of the new version:-(. I tried it several times with no good results. Can some one help me?

Hi Cobra,

Did you see the section about \"Confidential Testing\" on this page (http://www.astraware.com/about/beta/)?
It\'s got all the information about the next step in the process, but basically you will need to post us two of signed copies of the Non-disclosure agreement, which we sign and send you one back.
The last step is when you receive your signed copy, and email us with a bit of info on the NDA at which point I\'ll add your access to the betas themselves.

On to your other problem...the version on the card comes pre-registered, and installing a later version onto your Palm means you end up with both...one via the card and one in main memory (the main memory version will still be in \"demo\" mode). You should be just fine with the version on the card, but if you are having any problems with it just let me know - you can email me at kieren@astraware.com (mailto:kieren@astraware.com)

Astraware supports free upgrades. If he paid for it, he is entitled to the updates. My wife bought one of those once and nowhere does it say your only entitled to one version, it actually says it is a pre-registered version and has to be registered by going to a specific site. That link no longer exists but there are people at astraware who know of the situation and can help. Ask for Rosie Reader or Sally.

Toymaker,

I never said at any point he wasn\'t entitled to the upgrade - I was just explaining why the game said it was unregistered when he has a registered version on the card!

I guess that\'s what it sounded like to me, I\'m Sorry.
