Bug Report

How about a new category in the board called \'Bug Report\' (or somthing like that). You can have two categories in it called \'Palm Bugs\' and \'PPC Bugs\'. This would be a place to report a bug you find in a game that is not in beta. I noticed that people open threads all over the board reporting bugs. If there would be one place to report bugs the board would look better. Now with visitors posting on the board, it would be easier for them to find a place to report a bug that they have. The \'Palm Products\' section is to talk about a palm product, not to report bugs or for PPC products.

True, the decision does lie with me, but there are reasons too :)

Those boards are quite general, but even so they don\'t get a lot of traffic.

I\'m quite fine for bug reports to go in the open access area within the games headings, because it keeps some traffic flowing :)
I don\'t mind people seeing the bug reports, because hopefully anyone following the threads would see the followups and replies and (hopefully) resolution of the problems, be they support issues or actual game bugs!

(And of course, anyone spotting really clever bugs gets a nudge in the direction of considering beta testing!)

The alternatives would be to open up a \"Help and Support\" Category, with a forum for bug reports and a forum for general help. \"Please help me!\" or similar. I\'ll run the ideas past the team tomorrow. (The downside is that someone here has to monitor those forums!)
