No offense to anyone who is not a member or anything, but Had, I don\'t think that visitors/guests should be able to post. It\'s not like I hate them or anything, but it makes sense to make it so that only people who have signed up/registered should not be able to post. I have noticed several people lately who have doen this. I always thought you had done it like that.

Plus, when someone does try to post (while not being registered) who should have a little FYI pop-up and tell them only registered users can post, then you could have a link on it saying, \"but you can register here for free\" or something like that.

You could probably get more members (like Y2K) too. Oh, one more thing. When someone goes to register to become a beta tester, do you have the NDA thing there too? If not, I think you should put it there. You could say something next to like \"If you would like to be able to test the betas, you need to sign this and send it to us\" or something like that too.

I think this would benefit everyone (espcially all of those new and fresh recruits, ;)).

I have absolutely no problem with visitors posting. Sometimes its the only way that people who are having problems getting email to/from us are able to contact, and so that was one of the reasons for having the board in the first place.

Its fine as it is.

Just for the record...I have never had problems contacting AW-even before I became a tester :). In fact I was pleasantly shocked when I had an issue with a game and was able to email the developer (Had).
How do you know whether someone is or is not a member?

Well, if you look at it taht way...You should probably leave it like that then. I am perfectly fine with that, I just didn\'t know...

Oh, Cheryl, to tell if they are a member or not, just loook where it says your rank. Instead of havig a rank, it says \"Visitor\" in its place, that is how you tell.

Had, are you still going to do these ideas though, for people who want to register anyways?

I would just like to point out one thing: my friend Y2K has indeed been a member of this board for quite a while already. He merely participated very little because his T615 has been \"out of action\" for a couple of months. Now that he got a new T665, he is back.
