I had Chroma Games on my memory stick. I clicked on the game to go into it and got this message; ‘The saved game is being reset due to an internal error. This may have been caused by a dead battery, unexpected removal of a memory card, or by pressing the reset pin while the game is runnung.’ There was one button on the screen that said ‘Continue’. I clicked the ‘Continue’ button and then got a ‘Fatal Alert’. I did a soft-reset and click to go into Chroma Games again. This time, I got a ‘Fatal Alert’ as soon as I click to go into the game. I did another soft-reset and the same thing happened. I moved the game to my RAM and had no problem running the game. I then totally uninstalled the game from my plam and then put it on again. I moved it to my card and got again a ‘Fatal Alert’. Right now I have the game on my RAM, and can only play off my RAM.

Sorry, not me. Could this be related to the memory stick problems you are experiencing?

Hmmm... MegaLauncher don\'t like it on MS:(!!!! Works great on MS with Launcher X and the built-in launcher.

Are you saying that if I try to open it with another launcher when it is on my card, it will open good?

I put it on my memory stick and was able to play with no problem. My launcher is SilverScreen.

I have used MegaLauncher to open it before. But maybe not v4.1, so I\'ll try another launcher.

I just moved Chroma Games to my card and I had no problem opening it with the palm launcher. Their must be bug with MegaLauncher v4.1 that gives you a \'Fatal Error\' when opening Chroma Games. I don\'t have this problem with any other application.

I just emailed MegaSoft2000 letting them know about the problem I have. I\'ll let you know what they respond.

I would be *most* interested to hear what kind of customer support you get, both in terms of the speed and the quality of the response.

I would be *most* interested to hear what kind of customer support you get, both in terms of the speed and the quality of the response.I have bought several games from them (all having TT sound issues upon upgrade).
Without exception, I have had email response within 24hrs and normally a corrected game version within a week.
Can\'t say better than that, really good support :)
