I usually don\'t have a problem uploading my screenshots but I tried this afternoon and this is what I got: Warning: Unable to create \'../images/uploaded/cheryl_time.gif\': Permission denied in /home/sites/site8/web/tools/toolkit.php on line 70

Successfully uploaded cheryl_time.gif click here to view all images

My image did not upload. Any ideas as to what I did?

Are you trying to upload the image from teh internet (it will not work), because that is what it looks like you are going. If you are not. Myabe you should change the picture\'s name, save it as somwthing else, then try uploading that file. Or, if that does not work, put the file in a different folder that has easy access.

Those are just some suggestions to try and help you (make sure it is always a gif file).

Thanks for the suggestions. I was trying to upload pics from my desktop. They are .gifs. I guess I will keep trying :)

Like background screenshots, or like the icon screenshots?

Howdy,

One thing that you could try is to take a screen shot of it on your computer & then use a \"paint\" type application to cut away all the excess & save it as a new .gif.

If you have or use Fire converter http://firepad.com/ then you can convert the image, install it on your Palm™ & take a screen shot. http://board.astraware.com/images/uploaded/JozipF_HAR HAR HAR.gif http://board.astraware.com/images/uploaded/JozipF_HAR HAR HAR.gif http://board.astraware.com/images/uploaded/JozipF_HAR HAR HAR.gif If the image is not Square-ish like the Palm™ screen you might not want to.

I know that it is a lot of work but it \"will\" work. Please let me know what happens.

Also, have you had any successs, getting the one you want (doesn\'t look like it, considering that you don\'t have a new one)?

Howdy,

Do you mean that your images are on a removable device? (i.e. a 3.5 or a CD) Are you not able to put them on your desktop? Are you using a Mac or PC?

I had problems before & found out that it is my browser that was stopping me from uploading images. I use Opera for surfing & Explorer for posting images to this site. Maybe it would help to use a different browser? Netscape is an easy one to work with in this respect.

Howdy,

Hey BigGoodBig, Thanks for using the smile, I was wondering if any one else would, I like them better than the standard ones. I am not picking on them by the way.

If anyone has more of them please let me know. Thank you.

I had seen MP3 use it in Insaniquerium v0.22. If you can list your faces and the files that would be great.

How many faces are there. Could you get all of the different faces that are on MSN messenger? I think there are some pretty cool ones, such as extreamly happy, angry, devilish, angel, etc. There are so many and it would be cool if we could use all of them in the boards.

I would prefer if you didn\'t use animated graphics in your posts - or especially your sig - because it makes it quite hard to read and focus on the actual content of the posts...

Some of us have trouble enough reading all of the existing posts thoroughly as it is! ;)

Thank you! I particularly appreciate this. More and more, I find that I\'m away from home and my broadband connection these days and am using my cell phone for access. The more animations and graphics that there are, the harder it is for me to see any of the messages. It\'s slow enough with the cell phone attached to my notebook. If I\'m using it with my Palm, I can\'t access the board at all - I get SQL errors.
