I found No name in the score table with the Zap!2000 1.45H.
It happend when starting the Resume and if you'll get current score become under the score table only.
It won't happen when NewGame with same condition.
This detail procedure is the following.
1. All of current score are over the 110000 points in the score table.
2. Starting by Resume game and all ship lost and that you got a 90000 points.
3. It changing in order of GameOver, MainScreen and ScoreTable on the screen automatically.
4. All score are appearance with NoName in score table.
However, Internal data holding correct Name and Score data. So, You can confirming correct score table due to that you make re-start the game.
In short, It seem a small bug.:)
Is this happen my environment?
BTW, It doesn't occur on my TRGPro. Hmm.
P.S. I can't see Help menu of Zap!2000 1.45H (GS) by TRGPro.:P
