memberlist alpha index

I was just perusing the membership list for the boards and I thought it would be nice if there were an index so you could browse it by first letter/character. Even better would be to also have a \"find profile\" function.

I like that \"find\" profile idea. It would be pretty cool to just get the member\'s name to pop-up right before your eyes instead of searching every page to find it.
